GLOBAL ENERGY distributes the CLEANBURN waste-oil fired boiler for uses in Lumber Dry Kilns and Shop heat. Used oil can be obtained in most area's for free. In some locations you can earn as much as $1.00 a gallon for taking it away. The waste-oil burner with the cast-iron boiler is a perfect EPA approved combination for providing free heat for your kiln or shop.
This type boiler has been installed successfully in thousands of locations across the USA, is UL and ULC approved. The manufacturer has a nationwide service network and uses durable industrial grade equipment. The cast-iron boiler is from a design which orginated from a coal boiler which translates to rugged, dependable operation. A swing-out burner and front mounted flue doors allow ease in maintenance and ash removal. The 7-section boiler is rated at 420,000 BTU/hr with a oil burn rate of 1.6-3.0 GPH (Fuel Oil #2 or crankcase oil up to 50 SAE). The boiler shell is rated ASME approved to 40 psi water and ULC/UL tested and listed #CMP 243. EPA APPROVED and preferred method of on-site disposal of used oil.
